Sharmans are a well established and respected law firm who have been listening to their clients needs
for over 200 years. Their offices are centrally located in Bedford and Ampthill.
The Challenge
Both offices were in need of a new Phone System that would deliver all the benefits that one comes to expect nowadays, such as Voicemail, PC & Calendar integration, instant messaging and free calls between sites. On top of this both sites had very old BT wiring which for many modern systems would need to be completely replaced at great cost and would also cause massive disruption to their business operations.
The Solution
Sharman Law needed an affordable Telecoms Solution that gave them modern features on an old infrastructure.
Instead of completely re-cabling we re-designed the existing cabling systems to accept the new technology saving thousands of pounds and unnecessary upheaval and disruption to their business.

- Multi-site VOIP link for free calls
- Operator and PC software for all users
