Heatherwick Studios now have a modern up to date IT infrastructure that supports both Voice & Data across all sites. Using Leased Line Fiber, Microwave and Cat6 links to bring it all together.
The Project
As Heatherwick Studio grew so did their communications problems and it became clear that a professional business Phone System would be essential to their success.
Smart Solutions again won the tender for the multi-site IP based Phone System and successfully deployed it across all 6 sites.
The Multi Site Solution
Originally it was just one site but now as their trusted supplier we have completed Network installations at all of their six sites. Providing a mixture of fixed desk IP Phones and Cordless IP DECT Phones, allowing staff the freedom to roam across all 6 sites with their cordless handsets. It was a unique solution that is secure, robust and efficient,. Delivered on time and within budget as always.
